Reservations

Are Reservations Required?

Short answer: YES!

Long Answer: YES! Please purchase your tickets ahead of time so that we can guarantee you a seat. We NEVER oversell, that’s why advance ticket purchases are so important. We can only guarantee you a seat if you’ve purchased your ticket ahead of time.

I tried to book a seat but nothing came up?

Catch-A-Ride is currently operating on Fridays, Sundays, and select holidays only. We do look forward to adding more schedules and days but can only get there if you help to spread the word!

I'm purchasing a ride for my son/daughter how do I put their name on the ticket?

When purchasing the ticket there is a section to put the name of the person traveling, regardless of who is actually purchasing the ticket.

My voucher code is not working

Make sure that you are not entering the code in the “Promo Code” section at the beginning of the booking process. Voucher codes are entered during the payment screen. On the payment screen, select “Voucher” from the “Payment Method” drop-down menu. After hitting next, use your credit card to pay for any remaining balance.

Can I buy a One-Way ticket?

Short Answer: Absolutely!

Long Answer: Absolutely! But why would you want to? It’s okay, just select “One Way” when you book your ticket. We won’t be mad… okay maybe a little.

Can I get a refund it if don't use my ticket or miss the bus?

Short Answer: No.

Long Answer: Please don’t miss your bus. Your ticket is only valid for the ride you’ve booked and cannot be refunded. Tickets and all payments are forfeited if you do not use your ticket or miss your bus. Please review the terms and conditions for more information.

Riding  the Bus

Who drives your buses?

Short answer: Robots!

Long Answer: Kidding, for now at least.
Real, live licensed and insured professional bus drivers with feelings and needs drive our buses, so please don’t abuse them. They work for the fully licensed and insured charter outfits that operate our trips.

How many bags can I bring?

Let’s be realistic. If you’re bringing more than 2 big bags and 1 small bag per person, you should probably call a moving truck. We won’t charge you, but we may look at you a little funny.

How early should I be at the pick up location?

Short Answer: Before we leave!

Long Answer: We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes early.

Are their Restrooms on the buses?

All coach buses on our service have a bathroom. However, in the unlikely event that we only have enough passengers for a van, a bathroom stop will be made.
