Terms & Conditions

Tickets & Reservations:

Your ticket will be emailed to the email address entered during the booking process. Tickets must be presented when boarding, either printed out or on your mobile device. Passengers who arrive without a ticket are subject to forfeiting their fare and losing their reservation.

Cancellations & Changes:

Tickets are non-refundable but can be re-booked for another travel date or a credit can be issued for future travel when done at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled departure. A $5 fee will be assessed for re-booking, or $5 will be deducted from the actual amount paid for the ticket after any discounts or promotional codes were applied when issuing a credit for future travel. To change your travel date or have a credit issued, please call 347-391-2805. Credits will only be valid for 3 months after the initially booked date of travel. The value of any promotional codes used during purchase will be forfeited and must be paid if changing the ticket to another date or will be deducted from any voucher issued for future travel credit.

Vehicles:

Vehicle size depends on the number of bookings and can range from a 5 seat van to a 56 passenger coach bus. Vehicles are operated by our contracted carriers.

Credit Card Information:

For your safety and privacy, your credit card information, other than the type of credit card used (Visa, Amex, etc), is not retained by us.

Contact Information, Marketing & Communication:

Your contact information (Address, phone number, email address) is used only for the purposes of marketing and communication by College Coach Bus Inc and Catch-a-Ride Bus Lines Inc and will not be sold or distributed to any other parties.
