YES! Please purchase your tickets ahead of time so that we can guarantee everyone a seat.
We are still only doing trial runs during major holidays and have not yet begun regular service. Please check our schedules for a list of operating dates.
When purchasing the ticket there is a section to put the name of the person traveling, regardless of who is actually purchasing the ticket.
Make sure that you are not entering the code in the "Promo Code" section at the beginning of the booking process. Voucher codes are entered during the payment screen. On the payment screen, select "Voucher" from the "Payment Method" dropdown menu. After hitting next, use your credit card to pay for any remaining balance.
Absolutely! But why would you want to? It’s okay, just select “One Way” when you book your ticket. We won’t be mad… okay maybe a little.
Please don’t miss your bus, it’s the only one your ticket lets you ride. Tickets are non-refundable, but for the low price of $5 it can be saved for future use for up to 3 months from the original departure date if canceled 24 hours prior to departure. You must call 347-391-2805 to cancel your ticket.


ROBOTS! Kidding, for now at least. Real live humans with feelings and needs drive our buses, so please don’t abuse them. They work for the fully licensed and insured charter outfits that operate our trips.
Let’s be realistic. If you’re bringing more than 2 big bags and 1 small bag per person, you should probably call a moving truck. We won’t charge you, but we may look at you a little funny.
We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes early.
All coach buses on our service have a bathroom. However, in the unlikely event that we only have enough passengers for a van, a bathroom stop will be made.

Ticket Policy

Your ticket represents a guaranteed seat. Tickets must be presented when boarding. Passengers who arrive without a ticket are subject to forfeiting their fare and losing their reservation. Tickets are non-refundable, but can be rebooked for future travel. To change date of travel on a ticket you must call (347-391-2805) no later than 48 hours before your scheduled departure time and it can only be applied towards the semester for which it was originally booked and the following semester. A $5.00 fee will be applied per ticket. A voucher will be issued for the value of the ticket minus the $5 and seats are not guaranteed until a new travel date is booked. Email notification of a change request will not be honored, you must call. Vehicle size depends on the number of bookings and can range from a 14 seat van to a 56 passenger coach bus.

Privacy Policy

For your safety and privacy, your credit card information, other than the type of credit card used (Visa, Amex, etc), is not retained by us. Your contact information (Address, phone number, email address) is used only for the purposes of marketing and communication by CollegeCoachBus and Catch-a-Ride Bus Lines and will not be sold or distributed to any other parties.
