YES! Please purchase your tickets ahead of time so that we can guarantee everyone a seat.
As we are a new company, we are currently operating on Fridays, Sundays, and select holidays only. We do look forward to adding more schedules and days but can only get there if you help to spread the word!
When purchasing the ticket there is a section to put the name of the person traveling, regardless of who is actually purchasing the ticket.
Make sure that you are not entering the code in the "Promo Code" section at the beginning of the booking process. Voucher codes are entered during the payment screen. On the payment screen, select "Voucher" from the "Payment Method" dropdown menu. After hitting next, use your credit card to pay for any remaining balance.
Absolutely! But why would you want to? It’s okay, just select “One Way” when you book your ticket. We won’t be mad… okay maybe a little.
Please don’t miss your bus, it’s the only one your ticket lets you ride. Tickets and all payments are forfeited if you do not use your ticket or miss your bus. Please review the terms and conditions below for more information.


ROBOTS! Kidding, for now at least. Real live humans with feelings and needs drive our buses, so please don’t abuse them. They work for the fully licensed and insured charter outfits that operate our trips.
Let’s be realistic. If you’re bringing more than 2 big bags and 1 small bag per person, you should probably call a moving truck. We won’t charge you, but we may look at you a little funny.
We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes early.
All coach buses on our service have a bathroom. However, in the unlikely event that we only have enough passengers for a van, a bathroom stop will be made.

Tickets & Reservations

Tickets must be presented when boarding. Passengers who arrive without a ticket are subject to forfeiting their fare and losing their reservation. Your ticket represents a guaranteed seat.


Vehicle size depends on the number of bookings and can range from a 5 seat van to a 56 passenger coach bus. Vehicles are operated by our contracted carriers.

Cancellations & Changes

Tickets are non-refundable but can be re-booked for another travel date or a credit can be issued for future travel when done at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled departure. A $5 fee will be assessed for re-booking, or $5 will be deducted from the actual amount paid for the ticket after any discounts or promotional codes were applied when issuing a credit for future travel. To change your travel date or have a credit issued, please call 347-391-2805. Credits will only be valid for 3 months after the initially booked date of travel. The value of any promotional codes used during purchase will be forfeited and must be paid if changing the ticket to another date or will be deducted from any voucher issued for future travel credit.

Credit Card Information

For your safety and privacy, your credit card information, other than the type of credit card used (Visa, Amex, etc), is not retained by us.
